Driver swerves toward pedestrian walking dog

As discussed during the dispatch call, a caller reported that while walking a dog near the (number withheld) block of Hillside Drive in Eureka, a speeding silver Honda sedan appeared to swerve toward him, causing him to jump off the roadway. No injuries were reported, and the vehicle was last seen heading south on Hillside.
