Apartment fire alarm with no smoke or flames found

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews in Evansville responded to a residential fire alarm near Countryside Drive, where an alarm sounded for a multifamily building but no smoke or flames were reported. A separate call sent an ambulance and engine to a location on Center Avenue for a person found down who was reported to be breathing and possibly involved in an overdose.
