Minor structure fire at apartment near (number withheld) in Eveleth

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire departments from several nearby cities responded to a reported structure fire at a multi-unit property near (number withheld) in Avalon. Flames were initially reported and it was unknown if anyone was inside. Command later advised it was a minor incident with no hazards and all incoming units were cleared.
