Disabled semi truck at Marine View gore point

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a disabled white semi truck partially blocking a southbound lane near Marine View Drive. Units later confirmed the truck was parked in a gore point off the roadway and was not blocking traffic. A passerby, not the driver, apparently called in the incident.
