Woman threatens to throw rock at vehicle

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a disturbance near the (number withheld) block of Hopewell Drive involving an older woman who allegedly threatened to throw a rock at a vehicle, possibly connected to a white Mercedes with a test tag.
