Screaming heard in calls from blocked number

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a possible suspicious circumstance at a residence near Ellis Avenue in Everson, where a caller using a Spanish language line said they received several calls from a blocked number and could hear someone screaming on the line.
