Intoxicated neighbor yelling threats in yard

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a possible disturbance on Rhonda Street. The reporting party stated that the same man from an earlier noise complaint was now in her yard, appearing intoxicated and yelling threats while demanding she come outside.
