Cooking sets off smoke alarm at home

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews were dispatched to a fire alarm at a home on North Jesse James Road in Excelsior Springs. The smoke alarm activation was determined to be caused by cooking, and responding units were told they could disregard.
