928 Highway 40. Caller reporting that a male was acting aggressive at the gas station, arguing with another male, asking if he'd want to be shot, took off in a red Kia with a plate of (name withheld) towards County E. He's been driving around the area, went into the complainant's yard, and caller states he was talking in riddles and using a British accent. I believe he's still in the area.
