Reckless driver nearly hits caller head-on near Fair Oaks

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a possible reckless driver in a white sedan near Fair Oaks at 400 North and 1100 West. The caller said the vehicle nearly struck her head-on and then continued south on 1100 West. Deputies were advised to conduct an area check only.
