A 70-year-old female fell. She hit her head. She is dizzy and has scrapes on her temple and elbow. We observed her coming out of the gate door in a wheelchair. It is possible she fell at the bottom of the jet bridge where there is no camera. We will talk to the flight crew to see if anyone witnessed the fall. We do not have video of the incident.
