Neighbor reports suspicious person inside new home

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a possible burglary at a house near Park Street in Fairchild. A neighbor reported seeing another neighbor inside the recently purchased home, using flashlights and acting evasive when asked if he was helping someone move.
