Shoplifting suspect cuts security devices at Target

As discussed during the dispatch call, loss prevention at a retail store near Canandaigua Drive reported a possible shoplifting incident. A male suspect was seen cutting security devices from merchandise and opening boxes in the toy department, then apparently left on foot heading southbound on Beck. Deputies were asked to identify him if located.
