Suspicious man possibly breaking into residence

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to a report of a suspicious man on a trail near Fifth Street in Fairfield. The reporting party on a black electric bike said the man, who was on a step ladder, asked him to pick something up and may be trying to break into a nearby residence.
