Smoke in building from water heater room

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch reported a possible structure fire at a building near West Harrison in Fairfield, with smoke and water on the floor possibly coming from a water heater room. People were initially inside but were being evacuated, and fire and ambulance crews were sent. No injuries were reported at the time of the call.
