Car hits deer and begins smoking on highway ramp

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews were dispatched to a reported motor vehicle crash involving a white Honda and a deer on the Route 23 south to Route 46 east ramp, where the vehicle was reportedly smoking on the side of the road.
