Elderly man behaving disorderly at restaurant

As discussed during the dispatch call, police were dispatched to a restaurant on Dixie Highway for a report of an apparently confused older man taking off his shirt, making obscene gestures toward customers, and arriving in a red Lexus that appeared to have accident damage in a handicap space.
