As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency responders are assisting a 97-year-old woman reported unresponsive at a location on Fairfield Road in Fairfield, Pennsylvania. She reportedly has dementia and a recent urinary tract infection, and family or caregivers have apparently been unable to wake her since late morning.
