Truck pulling camper with no lights or license plate

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies were informed of a black truck towing a camper heading south on Anderson and Leslie Highway without lights or a visible license plate. The vehicle was traveling near Leslie Lane in Fairforest, South Carolina.
