Person on scooter hit by vehicle on bridge

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio reports indicate a person riding an electric scooter was apparently struck by a vehicle near a bridge behind a local landmark in Fairhaven. The rider reported being injured but declined an ambulance and did not have a description of the vehicle.
