Loose dogs reported on Manhattan Avenue

As discussed during the dispatch call, animal control was dispatched to a location on Manhattan Ave in Fairhaven for several loose dogs after a gate was reportedly left open. A neighbor was holding one of the dogs while the others were unaccounted for.
