Driver stops in road to search for kitten under car

As discussed during the dispatch call, an officer made a traffic-related vehicle contact on North Queen Street in Fairland involving a Toyota RAV4. The stop apparently occurred because the driver was trying to find a kitten that had fallen underneath the vehicle while stopped in the roadway. Registration and insurance were confirmed as valid.
