Owner’s dogs chase bicyclist on Fairgrove Road

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of an apparent animal violation near Fairgrove Road in Fairmont, where a complainant said two aggressive dogs were chasing a bicyclist and were intentionally let loose by their owner.
