Juveniles riding electric scooters dangerously near intersection

As discussed during the dispatch call, a caller reported two juveniles riding electric scooters in a dangerous manner near Wedgewood Drive and Summit Drive, not stopping at stop signs and creating a potential traffic hazard. Caller last saw them on Summit and is available by phone if needed.
