Crash with possible entrapment at Concord Highway & East Brief Road; multiple patients reported

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a vehicle crash with possible entrapment (“pin in”) at Concord Highway and East Brief Road. Law enforcement reported three patients, including one adult unconscious with agonal breathing and one pediatric patient unconscious but breathing. Additional EMS units and air medical support were requested. A separate medical call was also dispatched to Brookdale Memory Care near Fitzgerald Street for an elderly female fall with a head injury.
