Single-vehicle crash on Charlotte Highway

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a reported single-vehicle crash near Charlotte Highway and Graveyard Road, with traffic control requested. Law enforcement was also requested to check on a nonverbal person walking in the roadway near the intersection of Gormer Bridge and Windstone Drive.
