Man recently out of detox threatens self-harm at apartment

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to an apartment complex on Lorain Road in Fairview Park for a welfare check on a man who reportedly resumed drinking after leaving detox and was making threats of self-harm. Family reported they could not reach him and that he may be combative. He was said to be unarmed and living alone.
