72-Year-Old Man Found Weak After An Hour-Old Fall

As discussed during the dispatch call, a medical emergency was reported near Hobbs Road in the Town of Washington. A 72-year-old man who had fallen about an hour earlier, and had been feeling weak and unwell for days, was conscious and breathing at the scene. He was not complaining of injury.
