Woman found resting against fence near S Main Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, a medical alarm prompted a welfare check at a building near Main Street. Responders found a woman slumped against a fence who said she did not need help. The alarm was determined to be accidental. A deaf resident lives on the second floor.
