Quarter to 50 Gray. It's going to be in the area of Plymouth Ave in Dover. All I have is a male named (name withheld). He was yelling in 2 911 saying that people were chasing after him shooting a car shooting at him. No description of the vehicle. Doesn't know who it was and then hung up when the call ticket tried to get more. Called on a 911 only phone. I don't have a Matt hit at this time. That was the only area that we have at this time.
