As discussed during the dispatch call, units respond to a report of a man dressed in black (bald with goatee) threatening a complainant with a knife, with a gun also reported/seen in his hand, in the area of Oak Grove Ave. Caller update says the suspect was heading west, first reported on Robinson then corrected to Locust.
