Hit and run involving white Chrysler at Kennedy Park

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers are responding to a reported hit-and-run involving a white Chrysler that allegedly struck another vehicle on or near Morgan Street. The suspect vehicle was later reported parked at the bottom of Kennedy Park off Club Street, where the complainant is waiting in a nearby parking lot.
