Person rescued from water on Atlantic Boulevard

As discussed during the dispatch call, a water rescue and medical incident occurred near Atlantic Boulevard in Fall River. Rescue and fire units responded, and the person was reported out of the water before units cleared the scene. The Harbormaster was canceled.
