Juvenile taken by mother before EMS arrival near Globe St

As discussed during the dispatch call, a medical incident involving a juvenile occurred near Globe Fire Station in Fall River. The patient's mother picked up the patient and left before EMS arrived. Medic 4 cleared the scene with no patient.
