Woman running in traffic nearly hit by vehicle

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to the area near East Main Street for a report of a woman wearing a bandana or mask over her face and a white tank top, who was reportedly running in the middle of the street and was nearly struck by a vehicle.
