Vehicles box in driver and damage car on Rhode Island

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to the area of Rhode Island Avenue and Tucker Street for a reported disturbance in which a driver said two vehicles boxed her in, a woman she knows tried to fight her, and a man kicked her car. One involved person was reportedly possibly armed. The reporting party later went home to a residence on Mallard Street to wait for officers.
