Carbon monoxide alarm investigation on Emmett Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews and EMS responded to an apparent carbon monoxide alarm at an apartment on Emmett Street after it reportedly went off last week and again, with someone inside not feeling well but thinking it was a cold.
