Ex-partner damages tires and restrains caller inside home

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a possible domestic dispute at a home near Fulton Street. A caller reported that her ex-partner was puncturing her vehicle tires, then went inside, allegedly prevented her from leaving, grabbed her in a hallway, and begged her to end the call. The caller later reported locking the doors, and it was noted the man may have previously had a knife while damaging the tires.
