Woman reports ongoing assault and threats at home

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to a possible domestic assault at an apartment on Grove Street in Fall River. A caller reported that the father of her children was repeatedly putting his hands on her and making threats. She was reported to be refusing medical evaluation or transport.
