Electrical issue investigated at Bay Street complex

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire units responded to a reported electrical issue and double alarm at a complex on Bay Street in Fall River. Engine 5 arrived on scene and conducted an investigation. Dispatch also noted a separate report of a vandalized red Honda and attempted to contact the vehicle’s owner, who had not called it in.
