Male cutting himself and making suicidal statements on call

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers respond to a welfare and mental health check near South Beach Street in Fall River for a male reportedly cutting himself and making suicidal statements over the phone before hanging up. The call reportedly came through a crisis hotline and appears to be at the same location as an earlier squatting-related call.
