Officer checks on person sleeping in parked car

As discussed during the dispatch call, an officer conducted a welfare check on a vehicle parked near the Bank Street Armory after a person appeared to be passed out or sleeping in the front seat. It was determined the woman is homeless, regularly parks there at night, and was just sleeping in her car.
