Woman pushing stroller falls, possibly disoriented in Fall River

As discussed during the dispatch call, a female apparently pushing a baby stroller fell down near Nick's Hot Dogs on South Main Street. Medics were requested to assist outside. The female may be in her 40s with peach-colored hair, shorts, and green flip-flops.
