Officer locates juvenile who called 911 at park

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers respond to Kennedy Park to check on a juvenile who reportedly called 911 using a stranger’s phone and does not have her own phone. She is described as about five foot two and wearing gray clothing while on the park walking path.
