Domestic disturbance reported on Blaine Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, police were dispatched to a possible domestic disturbance at a residence on Blaine Street in Fall River after a caller reported hearing a dispute and stated she is handicapped. Officers checked for a prior restraining order involving the parties but found it had been vacated or was not active.
