Reported juvenile fight at St. Vincent Home later verified as accidental call

As discussed during the dispatch call, units were dispatched to St. Vincent Home (Cottage 7) for a reported fight between two juveniles; one reportedly left and then returned. Officers later verified it was a child playing with the phone and cleared as an accidental/false call.
