Fire under control on Bartlett Avenue

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews responded to a reported fire near Bartlett Avenue in Oceanside. Radio traffic later indicated the fire was under control and some resources were canceled. A basic life support response for a sick person was also mentioned.
