Car driving wrong way and trying to start fight

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers received a traffic complaint about a green Nissan Maxima driving the wrong way eastbound in the westbound lanes of Route Seven near Leesburg Pike. The driver reportedly taunted another motorist and tried to provoke a fight. Units were advised to be on the lookout for the vehicle.
