Grass fire call turns out to be controlled burn

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire units responded to a reported high risk grass fire near Forest View Lane in Falls City. Crews arriving on scene found an apparent burn pile that the property owner was already extinguishing, and the response was reduced to a lower priority.
