One of the parents that was trying to pick their child said they had been previously followed down Sandwich Road to that address by an elderly male in a black sedan. They followed her down into the driveway, then got out of the vehicle and banged on her window, stated she was under arrest, then got back in the vehicle and took off in an unknown direction. This is over 35 minutes old. It was called in by the homeowner, not the female party that was involved. She doesn't know what they called.
